Yoga
Your host is a teacher of Bio Yoga, accredited by the "Asociación Panamericana de Yoga".
All guests are invited to participate in the daily practices (guided). If you want to participate, we recommend bringing your mat.

Meditation
All guests are also invited to share our buddhist meditation space. If you want, you can learn basic meditation methods. Your hosts have participated in various short and long retreats in India, Nepal, the United States and Chile.

Astronomic observation
Casa Puka Yana has a 6-inch-electronic telescope. Your host is an astronomy fan and absolved various teachings from the "Universidad de Chile".
